The club offers a multitude of training sessions throughout the year, all included in the club membership fee.
We run 4 pool-based swim sessions in West Dunbartonshire and Helensburgh every week. These pool-based swim training sessions are coached by our qualified swim and triathlon coaches.
We run coach-led open-water swims in Loch Lomond from May through to September depending on water temperature.
We also do long-course swimming training at Stirling 50m pool, every two to four weeks at the weekends.
Running and Cycling
The club has an interval training session (runnuing) on a Saturday morning. Wednesday evenings the club has either spin class in the winter or outdoor rides in the summer.
Sunday mornings alternate betweeen a club run or club ride, allowing a longer training sessions to get the miles in.
Members frequently arrange ad-hoc training including loch swims, trail runs and rides.
There is a varied circuit training class on Mondays and a fantastic yoga class on a Friday.
